De Koninklijke Zeelandia Groep is een zelfstandige internationale producent van ingrediënten voor brood- en banketbakkerijen. De hoofdvestiging is in Zierikzee, waar ongeveer 430 medewerkers werkzaam zijn. In totaal (internationaal) werken bij Zeelandia ruim 3200 mensen.
Samen met onze klanten zijn wij steeds op zoek naar nieuwe mogelijkheden in de wereld van brood en banket. Door anders te denken, bieden wij inventieve oplossingen om bakkers succesvoller te maken. We inspireren onze klanten met hoogwaardige ingrediënten en manieren om beter te bakken, te managen en te verkopen.
Onze producten:
Opgericht in 1900 door de Nederlandse familie Doeleman, is Zeelandia uitgegroeid tot een wereldwijde speler op de markt van bakkerijgrondstoffen. Vandaag de dag ontwikkelen ruim 3200 toegewijde medewerkers wereldwijd producten die aansluiten op de lokale smaak en behoeften in circa 100 landen. Onze producten vinden daarmee hun weg naar ambachtelijke en industriële bakkers, alsook de retail, horeca en foodservice sectoren.

Maatschappelijk Verantwoord Ondernemen (MVO) vormt de kern van ons bedrijf. Het is onze ambitie om met klanten, consumenten, leveranciers, medewerkers en andere belanghebbenden de dialoog aan te gaan en te versterken; over hoe Zeelandia haar steentje kan bijdragen. Na een uitgebreid stakeholder onderzoek hebben we hier vier MVO-gebieden geïdentificeerd waarop we denken dat we de meest betekenisvolle impact kunnen hebben.
